- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I was appalled at the way I was treated today. My 17 year old cat had an appointment to be put to sleep. Which is upsetting enough on it's own. We were kept waiting 20 minutes and after enquiring about the delay, we were told there was an outstanding debt from 2013. This was obviously an administration error as we've brought other pets here on numerous occasions, spending hundreds of pounds. This could have been brought to our attention earlier, like when my dog had his booster injection 2 months ago. The head vet refused to show us any invoice and refused to treat a dying cat, leaving him to suffer. I thought they were in the profession to help animals. All he is interested in is making money. The man is a disgrace. He could have taken us aside to speak, but no, he must enjoy an audience as it was a busy time and my cat was getting more distressed in his carrier.by rosemary doyleyDecember 27, 2016
